Vicky trained our dog Kingston and we couldn't be more impressed with the results. Before training Kingston was not a good listener and was at times uncontrollable with his behavior. After 30 days of training Kingston had become a great listener and extremely well behaved. Walks on leash were controlled and peaceful. Inside the home he listened to commands and we didn't have to worry consistently about him getting into something he wasn't supposed to. Kingston comes to work with me daily and roams free around our office. We don't even need to use a leash when taking him outside. We consistently get compliments on him and his behavior. Kingston has became my true best friend and companion. Thank you to Vicki and her training that she provided Kingston. I highly recommend her!

When we found Brittany, we had already gone through some balanced training with our 18-month GSD. We hired Brittany because we felt that she had the technical expertise to make us even better dog handlers and take our dog's obedience to the next level. Our end goal was to have an obedient, neutral dog that could do everything with us. In our experience, most trainers, especially positive-only, do not know what is required to train a high-drive and/or high-energy dog (our dog is both). Brittany not only knows, but holds us, as handlers, accountable to ensure success. Our GSD’s progress has been incredible. At 2 years old, she now can obediently accompany us in any public/social situation, can hike or run off-leash with us with incredible recall and heal, and can be around other dogs in a “neutral” manner. For those who are afraid of e-collar training (we once were), it changed our lives for the better.
 

Our dog is doing so well, that we are considering “what’s next” in her training journey, which might include some element of therapy work (something I NEVER thought that she would be able to do). We completely recommend Brittany for novice handlers who just want a well-behaved dog, but also for those who are looking to hone the craft of handling whether that be for competition, therapy/service work, etc. Brittany is the best in the area and can take you and your dog to whatever level you want!

Vicki trained our cavapoo, Gus,when he was just a pup. Gus was not yet house trained or crate trained and his favorite hobby was chewing on our shoes and carpets. He was like a floppy salmon on the leash.He returned to us house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and he has found a new hobby playing fetch and chewing on his toys. Gus stayed with Vicki for several weeks, and she was always very responsive when we were missing him with pictures and updates. We got many videos of Gus going for walks and hanging out with the chickens (being a perfect little gentleman) She brought him back once a week and he was always clean and happy. She came to follow up after the training was over to check on his progress. She even took him to brunch! He remains a spirited dog, but also very well behaved. I enthusiastically recommend Alliance to anyone!

Brittany has helped me and my dog immensely over the last few months! I adopted a young adult husky and had only been able to tackle some basic obedience on my own before training with Alliance Canine. I called Brittany with the goal of having more control in public places, and because I did not know how to start more advanced obedience training. As I am writing this review - we have not even finished the "basic obedience" course - but what I have learned so far, and the training my dog has had, has vastly exceeded my expectations. She is also readily available for questions outside of our structured training sessions, which has been great. In addition, having her very well-trained dogs present during the sessions has really helped my dog with working through distractions and dog reactivity, which is a factor I would not have known is an important component of a dog trainer before. I cannot recommend her enough!

Vicki was a miracle worker with my GSD! She educated me on proper training techniques and methods when I was unsure they would work. More importantly she proved it! I get compliments daily on how well behaved my shepherd is. My vet even stated that "Remi is the most well behaved dog to come into this office!". Coming from someone that sees hundreds of dogs per year that says a lot! I will be back for next level training!

Training with Brittany has been a game changer for our 6 month old Bichpoo puppy, Luna (and for my boyfriend and me)! Before starting training, Luna had severe separation anxiety, refused to sleep or chill out in her crate, was not potty trained, and was overall a little terrorizer. After two months of training with Brittany, Luna sleeps in her crate, is able to relax while my boyfriend and I are gone, is potty trained, is much more obedient, knows basic commands, and is overall a happier pup! Brittany has gone above and beyond to help and guide us through training. She is a talented dog trainer and an amazing person. We highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

 We LOVE Cecilia!!! She trained our 14 month old lab, Parker and us.  Prior to training, he would not get into the truck, would pull on walks, jump on people, dig on couches and it was very stressful going to the vet.  I never wanted a big dog that I could not control or walk.

We learned so much from her.  She knows how to train a stubborn lab puppy and gave us all the tools necessary to have a well behaved dog.  I highly recommend Alliance Canine and Cecilia Anderson to train any family with a dog.  I tell everyone!

We can now walk him on a loose leash without pulling, take him to a park, a store and he can approach people calmly.  Parker loves Cecilia and her weekly visits.  Our vet told us it is a “Night and Day” difference.  Family and friends cannot believe how well behaved he is now. Cecilia has helped our family so much and we are so grateful.

  Cecilia was fantastic! She was so accessible, and helpful. Each sessions was packed with helpful tips and tricks to work towards our goals. She made sure the experience was comfortable for both our pup and for us as first time dog owners. We had such a great experience!

  Cecilia is a life saver! I have previously owned a Dalmatian many years ago and he was the chillest calm dog. I got my new Dalmatian puppy in July and these guys are known for being high strong and just crazy. Let me tell you he was off the walls crazy. I tried my best my self and even went to a pet store for training and it was just not working. Chief was just crazy. Not listening, jumping on the counter, jumping on me, and was crazy around my daughter that is 2 years old. He was in his cage for the majority of the day because I could not get a handle on him. My vet recommended I try Alliance Canine for one on one training. After my first training session I could see that Cecilia was going to save my life with this dog. The first time she worked with Chief he was a totally different dog after the training session. Listening and being more responsive to me. Now I can have him out of his cage for the majority of the day. He has calmed down slightly. He will listen to commands and follow through on them with no issues. I can have him off leash in our yard and not worry about him running off. The best part is how good he is with my daughter. He is so patient with her. Let’s her pet and hug him. Play fetch with him. When ever she gets up he is right there with her making sure she is ok. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I wouldn’t have called Cecilia for help. I highly recommend her for training.
